Orange Business is seeking a high-impact Enterprise Sales leader to hunt large deals and penetrate the Hong Kong market. You will set up business development plans, manage new accounts, and coordinate with internal teams and partners to close multi-million opportunities.

You will leverage a broad network, drive digital transformation initiatives, and lead senior-level negotiations with C-suite stakeholders in a fast-growing, global organization offering hybrid work options.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in IT/telecom solutions sales to MNCs or large enterprises.
• Strong leadership experience directing sales teams, presales, and consultants.
• Extensive network with C-level executives across ICT.
• Proactive, driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-growing org.
• Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a global matrix.
• Fluent English and Chinese are required.

Aufgaben

• Identify and pursue new large deals from selected MNCs and corporates.
• Develop Enterprise Sales strategies and build a scalable business development plan for Hong Kong.
• Establish pipelines, drive client acquisition, and grow new accounts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendor partners on large opportunities.
• Lead senior-level communications and negotiations with key stakeholders.
• Drive digital transformation focus areas: connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, IT infra.
