Job summary

Virtusa in Hong Kong is seeking a senior sales leader to build and execute a new-business strategy for target accounts, leveraging an established network across Hong Kong Insurance & Banking and developing CXO-level relationships to create new client opportunities.

You will originate and close large, complex AI, technology and digital transformation deals, positioning Virtusa's capabilities across Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI, Application Modernization and Managed Services, and

Qualifications

• 12–18+ years in IT Services / Technology Consulting / Digital Sales / AI Sales.
• Proven new-logo hunting track record in Hong Kong.
• Strong CXO network within Insurance & Banking Financial services.
• Hong Kong / China / Greater China experience and relationships strongly preferred.
• Strong commercial, influencing and negotiation skills.
