Job summary
Galaxy Communication (H.K.) Limited is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our Kwai Tsing District office. This full-time role bridges technical capabilities with client business needs, driving revenue growth through tailored, enterprise-grade solutions.
You will demonstrate technical value, run product demonstrations, support contract negotiations, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing account management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales engineering or hybrid sales/technical roles in telecom, IT, or business communications.
- Ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value for stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling and enterprise/mid-market closing track record.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical assessments to understand client requirements and objectives.
- Develop customised solution proposals with clear technical value.
- Lead product demonstrations, POC development, and technical presentations.
- Support contract negotiations with clear timelines and SLAs.
- Collaborate with implementation and support teams for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the CRM.
