Captiare is seeking an accomplished Channel Sales Manager in Hong Kong to lead strategic enterprise engagements, build executive relationships, and drive a hunting mentality with a tier-1/2 partner network.

You will develop the sales pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, mentor high-performing teams, and coordinate with account managers, presales, and partners to close deals and expand storage-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in channel sales with high quotas.
• Experience mentoring and leading sales teams.
• Proven project management skills.
• Team leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Sets direction in line with company vision and strategy.
• Leads major enterprise engagements and builds executive relationships.
• Manages sales pipeline and acquires tier-1/2 partners.
• Provides accurate forecasts and analyzes won/lost results.
• Coordinates with account managers, presales and partners to close deals.
• Drives storage-focused campaigns and co-sell with channel partners.
