Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Property Management Limited is seeking an Emergency Response Center dispatch coordinator (Building Maintenance System) to oversee the 1+3 operational model for Hong Kong and overseas regions. This role coordinates, commands, and logs early-warning information while supervising fire safety and security systems.

Multilingual Cantonese, Mandarin and English communication is essential, with duties spanning daily inspections, incident reporting, access control, and surveillance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility/Property Management, Building Services or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management fire control / security monitoring center.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee command and dispatch for Hong Kong and overseas regions, forming a 1+3 model with Safety Lead.
• Ensure normal operation of fire safety and technical security systems; conduct daily inspections and log equipment anomalies.
• Coordinate, command, and synchronize early-warning information for emergencies; draft comprehensive incident reports.
• Handle surveillance viewing requests and video-copying applications per regulations; verify identities and maintain entry logs.
• Complete daily shift logs, maintain fire equipment ledgers, and manage emergency phone lines.
• Adhere to control center rules; monitor for unauthorized absence and report safety issues to supervisor.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Emergency Response Center dispatch coordinator (Building Maintenance System)

Command & Dispatch: Oversee integrated scheduling, command, and emergency response for Hong Kong and overseas regions, forming a collaborative "1+3" operational model with the Safety Lead.

System Operations & Inspection: Ensure the normal operation of fire safety and technical security systems. Conduct daily inspections, master the operation of fire alarm control panels and security systems, and promptly report and log any equipment anomalies.

Emergency Response: Coordinate, command, and synchronize early-warning information for various unexpected emergency events, including preliminary handling, reporting, customer reassurance, displaying live surveillance feeds on walls during crises, and drafting comprehensive incident reports.

Monitoring & Access Control: Handle surveillance footage viewing requests and feedback; process video-copying applications strictly in accordance with local police regulations while immediately notifying superiors. Verify identities and maintain entry logs for all personnel entering the control center.

Daily Administration: Complete daily shift logs, maintain fire equipment and asset ledgers, conduct monthly public area key inventories with strict sign-out tracking, and manage emergency phone lines responsibly.

Quality Control & Compliance: Adhere to all control center rules, maintain constant vigilance against unauthorized absence, execute safety quality control and report directly to the safety supervisor.

Additional Duties: Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Facility/Property Management, Building Services or its equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management fire control / security monitoring center is required.

Possessing good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
