Cushman & Wakefield Property Management Limited is seeking a seasoned Security & Safety Manager to oversee on-site operations, risk management, and emergency response for our Hong Kong project.
You will lead a safety team, develop annual plans and budgets, conduct training, monitor KPI results, and coordinate with other departments to ensure security, health, and safety compliance.
Excellent communication, Cantonese/Mandarin/English fluency, and CPR certification are required.
Comprehensive Management: Oversee on-site business operations including security, fire safety, technical security (smart defense systems), emergency response, public security, corporate culture, and team building.
Planning & Budgeting: Develop annual objectives, work plans, training programs, and annual departmental budgets, while ensuring alignment, communication, implementation, and execution.
Risk Management: Lead hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety management for the project, including organizing safety training and emergency drills.
Employee Relations: Regularly conduct ideological and morale‑building work for department staff, and address personal and professional well‑being concerns.
System & Execution: Formulate and implement safety management systems and action plans tailored to the project, conducting safety education and training based on practical needs.
Team Leadership & Oversight: Supervise and guide the safety team, escalating and resolving high‑level incidents beyond the team's authorized scope.
Meetings & Professional Development: Organize planned training and educational programs for security personnel, and regularly convene safety meetings for team leaders and above.
Operations & KPI Management: Oversee daily department operations, quality enhancement, cost control, and take full responsibility for safety‑related KPI assessment results.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Communicate and coordinate resource allocation effectively with other departments.
Emergency Response: Coordinate and manage project emergencies, maintain emergency preparedness, and promptly mobilize personnel for incident handling.
Other Duties: Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Facility/Property Management, Building Services or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in security management is required.
CPR certificate is required.
Possessing good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
