Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in property maintenance, construction, or property management with HVAC and Electrical expertise.
• REW License Grade A or B; proficiency in AutoCAD and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end building maintenance, fitting-out, renovation, and large-scale A&A projects across a commercial, industrial, and residential portfolio.
• Manage E&M system lifecycles—from initial design, feasibility studies, and tender preparation to contract administration and T&C.
• Direct contractors on site to ensure quality, safety, and timelines.
• Provide technical support to estate management and respond to critical building service breakdowns.
• Execute special projects as requested by department leadership.
