Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Engineering or related fields is required.
• At least 5-8 years' experience in property & facilities management.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Ordinance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance of building systems & facilities.
• Oversee a team of technical staff and in-house works.
• Ensure 3rd-party vendor compliance with SLA & KPI.
• Manage the use of CMMS for all maintenance works, including service order, PO and asset registry.
• Be responsible for contract administration, including tendering and renewal of all maintenance contracts.
• Support the client’s property team by reviewing all tenants’ fit‑out works according to required standards.
• Assist the Facilities Manager to prepare the annual maintenance budget and drive HSE by setting up and maintaining procedures that align with the company HSE policy.

Responsibilities

• Report to the on‑site Facilities Manager to undertake the management of maintenance of all building systems & facilities, including but not limited to AC & E&M, FS P&D, etc.
• Manage a team of technical staff and be responsible for all in‑house PPM works, reactive and corrective service orders.
• Manage 3rd‑party vendors for PPM and R&M works to ensure services are provided to SLA & KPI standards.
• Manage the use of CMMS for all maintenance works, including service order, PO and asset registry.
• Be responsible for contract administration, including tendering and renewal of all maintenance contracts.
• Support the client’s property team by reviewing all tenants’ fit‑out works according to required standards.
• Assist the Facilities Manager to prepare the annual maintenance budget and drive HSE by setting up and maintaining procedures that align with the company HSE policy.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Studies, or related disciplines.
• Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade B will be an advantage.
• At least 5‑8 years’ experience in a relevant position with proven skills & capabilities in property & facilities management service industries.
• Experience in maintenance contract administration and renovation/fitting‑out projects is an advantage.
• Experience in building take‑over from main contractor and sub‑contractors will be an advantage.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Self‑motivated with good interpersonal skills and respect for others.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing the requirements under the Occupational Health and Safety Ordinance (Cap 509) and the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance (Cap 59) is an advantage.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Engineer.
