Job summary

You will provide technical guidance to business units, review tenant fit-outs, manage procurement and contracts, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with company standards and high service quality.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Building Surveying.
• HKIS/RICS membership preferred.
• 10+ years in building operation and maintenance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to work effectively with tenants, leasing, and property management teams.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the building maintenance team to deliver integrated technical support.
• Provide technical advice to business units and departments on A&A and renovation works across the property portfolio.
• Review and approve tenant fit-out submissions, offering practical solutions where needed.
• Oversee procurement processes, contracts, and asset enhancement / renovation projects across the portfolio.
• Monitor and evaluate contractor performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, monitor service quality, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Supervise and develop technical staff to align with company goals and strategies.
