Job summary

Leadingnation, a Hong Kong-based firm, seeks a Building Services supervisor with strong MEP knowledge to oversee E&M installations for new developments. The role emphasizes supervising both in-house teams and contractors, ensuring timely maintenance, and compliance with electrical licensing requirements.

Candidates should have a degree in relevant engineering fields and several years of PQ experience, with preference for those holding HKIE and A0/A licenses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of PQ experience in supervising BS installations in new developments.
• MHKIE (Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Discipline) is preferred.
• Monitor operation and maintenance of E&M installation.
• Supervise in-house technicians and contractors.
• Implement corrective and planned maintenance.
• Holder of Electrical Worker License of Grade A.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License A0.
• Exp in large-scale projects in sizable contractors.
• Degree in Construction Management/Civil/Construction Engineering or equivalent.
• 6 years' relevant working experiences (3 years at supervisory level).
• Enthusiastic Fresh Graduates are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operation and maintenance of E&M installations.
• Supervise in-house technicians and external contractors.
• Implement corrective and planned maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Electrical Worker Licences and safety standards.
• Oversee project execution on large-scale developments.
