Qualifications

Technical Officer / Engineer - E&M / Surveyor - (Client side / Developer)

Lead end-to-end building maintenance, fitting-out, renovation, and large-scale A&A projects across a commercial, industrial, and residential portfolio.

E&M Technical Management: Manage E&M system lifecycles—from initial design, feasibility studies, and tender preparation to contract administration and T&C.

Site Supervision: Direct contractors on site to ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Operations & Emergency Support: Provide technical support to estate management (EMO) and respond promptly to critical building service breakdowns.

Ad-Hoc Initiatives: Execute special projects as requested by department leadership.

Role Requirements

Education: Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent.

Experience: 3+ years in property maintenance, construction, or property management, with strong expertise in HVAC and Electrical systems.

Certifications & Tools:

Registered Electrical Worker (REW) License Grade A or B.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and standard business software.

Regulatory Compliance: Strong working knowledge of local regulations (EMSD, FSD, Minor Works System, Buildings Ordinance).

Skills: Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken); proactive mindset with solid multitasking capabilities.
