Job summary

HKR International Limited (HKRI) is seeking a Technical Officer to assist the Manager – Technical in overseeing the E&M facilities of its designated properties in Hong Kong. The role covers daily operations, handover after revitalization, and supervising repairs.

You will organize maintenance, manage contracts, prepare tender documents, monitor progress, and participate in ad-hoc projects. Qualifications include a Diploma in Building Services Engineering, REW Grade A, at least 2 years' relevant

Qualifications

Certificate/ Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
Holder of Certificate of REW Grade A.
At least 2 years’ experience in building repair & maintenance in property related field, experience in supervisory level is an advantage.
Good knowledge in building & E&M regulations.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily operations and property management of the Company designated properties that are including handover after the revitalization of a revitalized commercial building
Organize and supervise routine repair and maintenance, alternation and additional works and renovation for commercial properties
Follow up all maintenance contracts for daily operation
Prepare quotation or tender documents for outsourced technical services
Monitor site progress of improvement and renovation works
Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
