Job summary

Leighton Asia in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced E&M engineer to provide onsite engineering support during the construction phase and propose construction methods for various site activities.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in E&M projects, with preference for candidates from main contractors, and a track record in coordinating with sub-contractors and clients to ensure technical and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in E&M projects.
• Experience in main contractors is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite engineering support during the construction phase and propose construction methods.
• Monitor and supervise work progress and coordinate activities on site.
• Review subcontractors' drawings and material submissions for clients.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to ensure technical and safety standards.
• Manage site quality control including work schedule, progress, materials and equipment.
