Job summary

China Overseas Property Services Limited is seeking a hands-on maintenance supervisor for commercial buildings in Hong Kong. You will oversee building improvements, coordinate sites, and manage emergency repairs while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires extensive experience in maintenance planning, budget/tender prep, and supervising E&M operations. Fluency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Higher Certificate Diploma/ Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A or above)
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience of commercial building maintenance, planning, and scheduling maintenance works fitting-out work control and E&M operation for the property in supervisory level
• Minimum 5 years’ experience gained from maintenance of Commercial Building; office tower is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficiency in PC applications in MS Office, MS project and AutoCAD
• Self-initiative and able to work independently
• 5-day work week

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in managing building improvement, site coordination and emergency repair works
• Monitor the progress of maintenance works and make recommendations on any improvement
• Good analytical and diagnostic skills for defect investigation and problem solving
• Responsible, self-motivated, hardworking, good team player and able to work under pressure
• Prepare budget, tender document and manage the tendering process
