Job summary

Hang Yick Properties Management Limited is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee building maintenance projects in Hong Kong. You will take a lead role in E&M works and coordinate on-site teams to ensure high-quality daily maintenance and compliance with standards.

The role requires a degree in Building Surveying or Building Services Engineering, professional registration, and at least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consultancy or property management setting.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered Professional Surveyor/Chartered Building Surveyor/Registered Professional Engineer/Chartered Engineer/Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B+)
• Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in a consultant firm or property management company.
• Familiar with Buildings Ordinance and related legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management services for building maintenance.
• Lead E&M (Electrical & Mechanical) works.
• Supervise Senior Technical Officers and on-site teams for daily maintenance tasks.
