Job summary

3CRGH in Hong Kong is seeking an E&M Engineer (Assistant to Senior) to join our Building Services team and lead design, build, MEP projects across varied schemes.

The role requires solid knowledge in Fire Services and Plumbing and Drainage, plus ability in pricing, tendering and bidding. English and Chinese communication skills are essential, with independent work capability expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering or E&M discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
• Experience in Design & Build / MEP projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge in Fire Services and Plumbing and Drainage.
• Familiarity with pricing, tendering, and bidding processes; knowledge of guidelines, standards, regulations.
• Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer status is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise in E&M engineering to contribute to Design & Build / MEP projects.
• Apply knowledge in Fire Services and Plumbing and Drainage to ensure compliance and safety.
• Demonstrate proficiency in pricing, tendering, and bidding of jobs to secure successful projects.
• Familiarize yourself with design guidelines, standards, code of practice, and statutory regulations.
• Manage submission and approval procedures with relevant authorities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to assistants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and work independently under pressure.
• Maintain effective communication in written and spoken English and Chinese with clients and consultants.
