About the Job
Lead the end-to-end project management cycle of the Group's property development and asset enhancement projects.
Oversee project delivery, including design management, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning and risk control.
Manage project performance to ensure timely completion, quality standards and budget objectives are achieved.
Provide strategic direction and guidance on architectural, structural and E&M design matters.
Oversee defects rectification and post-completion improvement works.
Collaborate with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to secure approvals and drive project progress.
Keep senior leadership team informed of and aligned with project status, key risks, regulatory changes and market developments.
About You
Registered Architect and Member of HKIA are required; Authorized Person (AP) qualification is an absolute advantage.
Degree holder or above in architecture or related disciplines.
Minimum 18 years' post-qualification experience with a reputable property developer.
Proven track record in leading medium to large-scale premium residential and commercial developments in Hong Kong.
Demonstrate leadership presence with strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Sound knowledge of Hong Kong building regulations and development approval processes.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop and relevant project management software.
