Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Senior Residential Project Director in Hong Kong to lead planning and execution of major residential developments. You will collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to meet schedule, budget and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in large real estate construction, with 10+ years on the developer/client side, and holds a chartered or registered professional status (HKIE/HKIA/HKIS/RICS or similar).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Chartered or Registered professional status (e.g., HKIE, HKIA, HKIS, RICS, RIBA, CIOB, or PMP).
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in major real estate construction or property development, with at least 10 years on the developer/client side.
• Experience delivering large-scale residential developments from inception to completion.
