Job summary

JPC Texson Limited, a long-established property developer in Hong Kong, is seeking a Project Manager Architect to lead the end-to-end redevelopment of a premium luxury residential building. You will drive design, tendering, construction, and handover with a focus on quality, timeline, and value.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities, review design drawings, oversee on-site works, and manage lifecycle maintenance and renovations

Qualifications

• Recognized qualifications as a Member of HKIA or equivalent professional body.
• Minimum 10 years' solid experience in project management, inclusive of high-end residential developments.
• Experience leading at least one complete residential development or redevelopment project from inception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations and procedures for building, planning, and land submissions.
• Strong leadership, team-playing, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Chinese.

• Manage all project stages: design, tendering, contract administration, construction, completion, handover, and defect rectification.
• Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and performance; provide regular updates to the management team.

• Review design presentations and detailed design drawings from consultants.

ROLE MISSION

Lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-end residential redevelopment project-from design and tendering through construction, completion, and handover-ensuring on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards.

ROLE SUMMARY

Report to the Project Director / Board of Directors

Key role in managing all project stages for a luxury residential redevelopment

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Experience managing luxurious residential projects for property developers is a strong advantage

In-depth knowledge of local regulations and procedures for building, planning, and land submissions

Strong leadership, team-playing, and interpersonal skills

Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
