The role involves managing every stage from inception through to completion, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring design excellence. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in property development and qualifications as a member of HKIA and Authorized Person (Architect). Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle local and international high class prestigious residential developments in Hong Kong.
• Manage all stages including project inception, concept design, tendering, construction, contract administration, completion, handover and defects rectification
• Co-ordinate with internal & external parties, consultants and contractors
• Review design presentation and detail design drawings from consultants

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification experience with property developers and experience in architecture design, interior design, space planning, FF&E, cost engineering & construction contract administration
• Experience in working with international designers
• Possess recognized qualifications of Member of HKIA and Authorized Person (Architect) or equivalent
• Knowledge of local regulations & procedures of building, planning and land submissions
• Effective in leadership, team playing and interpersonal skills; diligent and passionate at work; always driving for design excellence
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
• Occasional travel to PRC or overseas will be required to research and inspect on building technology and materials
• To work under Project Management (2) Department to manage HK development projects from inception stage to completion stage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Project Manager
