Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking a Project Manager (Oversea Property Development) to lead international property developments across London, Canada and Hong Kong. You will drive planning, design coordination and on-site delivery to meet quality and timeline targets.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in architecture, have at least 10 years post-qualification experience in property development, and possess RIBA or HKIA membership with Registered Architect status; immediate availability is

• Oversee overseas property projects in London, Canada and Hong Kong.
• Ensure high quality construction standards across all sites.
• Oversee onsite and offsite construction activities for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate negotiations with vendors, suppliers, consultants and contractors on schedule, cost and quality.

Our client is a well-known property developer, they are looking for aProject Manager (Oversea Property Development).
Project Manager (Oversea Property Development)

Responsibilities:

• Handle oversea property projects in London, Canada and Hong Kong
• Ensure all construction activities with high quality construction standards
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate all negotiations with vendors, suppliers, consultants and contractors on all stages of the project on schedule cost and quality

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Architecture or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in property development project, preferably in sizeable property developer or consultant firms
• Relevant professional qualifications and possess hands on experience in handling sizable projects
• Member of RIBA or HKIA and Registered Architect
• Authorized Person would be a definite advantage
• Responsible with strong leadership and project management skills
• Immediately available is preferred
