Job summary

Hong Fok Land Investment Limited is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee local high-end residential developments from design through handover. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage tendering, administration and defect rectification, and ensure top quality within budget and schedule.

The role requires HKIA membership, at least 10 years of experience in luxury residential projects or with property developers, and strong English-Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Member of HKIA or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years solid experience.
• Experience with luxury residential projects or working with a property developer is advantageous.
• Knowledge of local regulations and procedures for building, planning and land submissions.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

About you
