Job summary

Links International is recruiting for a senior project management role overseeing major property developments in Hong Kong. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating design, procurement and construction, while aligning with budgets, quality standards and timelines.

Requirements include a degree in a construction-related discipline, 10+ years’ experience with developers/contractors, and fluency in English and Cantonese. HKIE/HKIS/HKIA/CIOB/RICS qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years' project management experience with property developers, consultants or major contractors.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use or commercial developments in Hong Kong.
• Professional qualifications (HKIE, HKIS, HKIA, CIOB, RICS or equivalent) preferred.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design development, procurement, construction and handover of property development projects.
• Manage consultants, architects, contractors and relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, risks and construction schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams including development, design, cost, sales and asset management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, contractual obligations and company standards.
• Drive project delivery strategies and resolve technical, commercial and construction issues.
• Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
