Job summary

OCBC in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager, Digital Transformation to drive technology-enabled initiatives that boost efficiency, customer experience, and performance. You will support the Product Owner, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide transformation programs.

The role requires 3–6 years in retail banking, strong Agile, CRM/core banking experience, Jira/Confluence, and AI tooling. You’ll manage requirements, UAT, testing, and training to deliver measurable gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, or related field; advanced degree or certs are a plus.
• 3–6 years in retail banking with exposure to Banking Product, CRM, Core Banking, and Transformation.
• Strong Agile delivery, backlog management, and UAT with business stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint experience is advantageous.
• Experience using AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT for productivity and testing.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Owner in digital transformation initiatives, including core banking and CRM enhancements.
• Gather requirements, manage tests, and deliver business capabilities improving engagement and efficiency.
• Assess opportunities in deposits, wealth, or loan projects to enhance customer journeys.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement platform enhancements and transitions.
• Track progress, defects, risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Monitor performance of new solutions and optimize productivity; explore AI tools for automation.
