Job summary

OCBC in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Vice President to drive the bank’s digital transformation. You will identify and implement technology-enabled initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and performance, collaborating with business, IT and external partners.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the project lifecycle, and ensure regulatory alignment while training users and monitoring post-implementation performance. A strong banking/product background is essential.

Qualifications

Assess the business impact of digital initiatives across deposits, investments, and lending projects.
Define system requirements by applying retail banking knowledge to improve efficiency.
Collaborate across frontline, products, IT and operations to design business requirements.
Track progress, tests, defects, risks, and provide updates to stakeholders.
Identify risks and devise mitigation strategies.
Ensure the new system meets regulatory standards and support end-user training.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition to the advanced system.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
Lead end-user training and post-implementation support.
Work with vendors to align delivery with regulatory standards.
