You will work with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver strategic projects and foster a culture of innovation.

The role requires extensive retail banking experience, proven agile delivery, and strong leadership to manage cross-functional teams and regulatory-compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in retail banking with product or transformation exposure.
• Proven Agile delivery and business transformation track record with backlog and UAT.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and planning.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives aligning with business goals.
• Gather requirements across frontline, products, IT and operations.
• Define detailed system requirements and transition plans.
• Coordinate projects, manage stakeholders, and monitor progress.
• Oversee risk, defects, testing, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and partners.
• Coordinate training and support during system implementation.
