Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking an Assistant Manager, Digital Experience & Innovation for a reputable local bank in Hong Kong. You will design and implement digital experience and customer journeys across internet banking, mobile banking, website, and conversational banking to increase active users.

You will explore innovative digital products for personal and SME customers, enhance omni‑channel services, and work with IT and business teams to deliver compliant, user‑centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years relevant banking experience with customer experience and journey management.
• Experience in conversational banking; Open API is preferred.
• Strong analytical and planning skills; detail-oriented.
• Good communication in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital experience and customer journey for digital channels, including internet banking, mobile banking, conversational banking, and other digital channels.
• Explore and drive innovation of digital products, solutions and initiatives for personal and SME customers.
• Enhance existing products/services to improve the omni-channel customer journey.
• Involve in project lifecycle for digital projects including requirements, UAT review, communications, and training.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to explore new solutions to increase efficiency of digital channels.
• Monitor usage of digital services and stay updated with market trends; perform benchmarking.
