Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong Co. Limited is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital initiatives for a leading bank in Hong Kong.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with regulatory and customer requirements. You will manage end-to-end delivery, governance, risk, and change activities, with strong emphasis on agile/hybrid methodologies and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of PM experience delivering digital transformations in banking/finance.
• Experience leading large-scale technology, digital, data, or customer transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, processes, regulatory environments, and operational risk frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects across multiple banking domains.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, vendors and third-party partners.
• Drive governance, status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and executive communications.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business objectives into deliverables.
• Manage dependencies across workstreams and align with transformation programmes.
• Oversee Agile and/or Waterfall delivery, including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Monitor delivery performance, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Support change management activities, user adoption, training, and business readiness.
• Ensure governance, regulatory, cybersecurity, and risk policies are followed.
