Job summary

KOS International Limited is looking for a (Senior) Digital Manager to lead digitalization and AI transformation across branch networks in Hong Kong. You will formulate end-to-end digital strategies for multiple retail channels, act as a channel owner, and drive roadmap development for innovative fintech and AI initiatives.

The role requires 5–7 years in digital transformation within branches and omni-channels, with strong project management and a solid business sense.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration, eCommerce or related disciplines.
• 5–7 years of experience in digital transformation in branch and Omni-channels.
• Strong business sense and ability to drive innovative branch setups.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end digital transformation and AI strategies for retail banking and Omni-channels (branch, contact center, online banking).
• Lead roadmap on innovative development for branch digitalization to enhance business performance.
• Originate fintech development and AI-related projects to drive revenue and productivity for the bank.
• Generate new ideas from market research, business planning to execution.
