Job summary

Swing Consulting Limited is hiring a Desktop Engineer to resolve issues on Windows and MacOS, support Office apps, and manage user accounts via Active Directory in a Hong Kong environment.

You will set up conference rooms (Teams/Zoom), troubleshoot network access, and assist with office relocations while maintaining asset inventory. Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is preferred; 5-day work week with salary 20–23K HKD monthly depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field required.
• At least 3 years in deskside or helpdesk roles.
• Solid experience with O365/M365, AD, ticketing systems, and network basics.

Responsibilities

• Resolve desktop/laptop OS issues (Windows, MacOS) and Office apps.
• Manage user accounts through Active Directory and assist with AV/meeting setups (Teams/Zoom).
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, IP addressing, and printing; assist relocations.
• Maintain asset inventory and track equipment usage.
