Job summary

Swing Consulting Ltd. is seeking an AV Support Technician based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up meeting rooms, upgrading PCs and laptops, installation of Windows/macOS, and maintaining end-user computing environments. A Higher Diploma in IT or related fields, along with basic IT skills and one year of experience, is required. The position offers a salary ranging from 16-20K HKD, depending on experience, along with 10-20 days of annual leave and a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant experience in IT support, helpdesk or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and ITIL processes.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting room and upgrade PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Build workstations for new staff and handle equipment moves (IMACD).
• Install Windows/macOS and manage Teams/Zoom.
