Job summary

Swing Consulting Limited is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support technician to provide first- and second-level technical assistance to end users in a fast-paced environment.

You will support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, manage Microsoft 365 workloads, and collaborate with the service desk to resolve issues promptly. Immediate availability is preferred and strong Cantonese, English, and Mandarin communication are required. 5-day Work Week; salary 18–21K depends on experience.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant IT support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, O365/M365, and mobile devices.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common network issues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
• 5-day Work Week

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to end users.
• Maintain and support end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft workplace technologies, including M365/O365 platforms (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
• Collaborate with the service desk to deliver efficient support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Accurately document support tickets and update IT inventory in the ticketing system.
