Swing Consulting Limited in Hong Kong is hiring a Desktop Services Engineer to maintain and support end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, with a focus on productivity tools and connectivity. The role requires a Diploma or higher in IT and strong communication in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

You will provide frontline support for Outlook and O365/M365, escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary, and document resolutions in the

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in deskside or helpdesk support.
• Experience with Outlook, O365/M365, mobile devices, AD, Teams/Zoom/VooV, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and support end-user computing environments including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, connectivity, printers, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft workplace technologies, including M365/O365, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Document support tickets and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Resolve ad-hoc tasks as required.
