Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Deputy Branch Manager for Operations Management to support daily branch operations and staff leadership. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance and achieving performance targets.

You will assist in executing the business plan, manage the operations team, and drive sales growth, including cross-selling bank products and services to customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above.
• Pass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations.
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
