Our client, a leading China-based bank, seeks a Retail Branch Operation Manager to oversee daily operations across branches in Hong Kong. The role emphasizes inspections, risk control, and performance reporting to support the Deputy District Head.

Applicants should have at least 10 years in retail banking branch operations at supervisory level, strong knowledge of banking policies, and excellent communication. Diploma or above is required; work is conducted on-site in Hong Kong.

• With minimum 10 years’ experience in retail banking branch operation management or front-line operations experience at supervisory level.
• Sound knowledge of banking operations and related policies.
• Detail-minded, good communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct specific operational inspections at branches as required by the Deputy District Head, including but not limited to counter transaction checking and anti-money laundering data verification.
• Draft preliminary rectification proposals and track subsequent improvement progress.
• Continuously observe daily operational practices of branch staff through on-site checking, assess and profile branch operational management status, and compile routine business management evaluation reports.
• Assist the Deputy District Head in handling operational incidents within the district, document risk event/incident details, analyze root causes and improvement areas, and draft risk alerts for reference and training.
• Support the Deputy District Head in preparing operational training materials, and in parallel with branch operational deputy heads, track and conduct spot checks on training effectiveness.
• Assists branch operation management department in coordinating branch operational management initiatives, including but not limited to operational process optimization and audit report follow-up.
