Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a capable Branch Operations Supervisor to support the Branch Manager in daily operations, drive sales growth, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will lead the operations team, deliver quality customer service, cross-sell bank products, and help implement the business plan to achieve targets.

Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua, plus HKSI/IIQE licensing, is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above is required.
• Pass HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations.
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua.
