Job summary

A leading bank in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated individual to supervise counter services and manage daily banking operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of banking experience and hold a diploma or higher with HKSI qualification. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese, including Putonghua, are essential for handling customer inquiries and ensuring service quality. Qualifications

Requirements
