A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare/Business and at least 3 years of healthcare management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in healthcare settings.
• Sound understanding of healthcare operations, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, adaptable and results-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Day Procedure Centres to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, budgets, business plans, and performance initiatives.
• Act as the key communication link among patients, clinic staff, attending dentists and specialists to resolve issues and enhance collaboration.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams through workforce planning, recruitment, and training.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, quality assurance, patient safety, accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and monitor operational and clinical standards through audits, risk management and continuous improvement.
