Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a Business Operation Director for its Hong Kong operations. This leadership role will oversee multiple business lines, directing sales, marketing and operations strategy to support rapid expansion in the region.

The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience, fluency in English with Cantonese and Mandarin, and a track record in analytic thinking, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations or related roles.
• Fluent in English, with good Cantonese and Mandarin language skills.
• Experience in Chinese Medicine or beauty industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and presentation skills.

Our client is a fast-growing Chinese Medical Beauty Business looking for an experienced Business Operation Manager/ Director to lead the whole business operation in Hong Kong.

It is an exciting role to look after multiple business line with their further expansion in Hong Kong.

Job Description:

• Lead in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
• Build good relationship with internal and external customers to facilitate smooth operations
• Collaboratively work with the business function to develop lead generation strategies and market plans
• Provide value-adding recommendations & review the business strategies and branding positioning in the market
• Drive new marketing program to grow portal registration and usage to achieve KPI

Requirement:

• Minimum with 8 years working experience
• Good command of written in English, fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua
• Exposure in Chinese Medicine, Beauty Industry will be an advantage
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving and presentation skills
• Self-initiated to learn, well-organized with strong business sense
• Well analytical, presentation and communication skills
