The University of Hong Kong is seeking an Executive Officer to join the Division of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry in the Faculty of Dentistry. The appointee will lead junior clerical staff and provide comprehensive administrative support across academic curriculum, research, clinical teaching, HR, and financial administration.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of admin experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in English and Chinese.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of admin experience.
• Strong organisational, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mature, proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Mansioni

• Lead junior clerical staff and provide administrative support to the Division.
• Support academic curriculum, research, clinical teaching, HR management, and financial administration.
• Provide secretarial support to the Division Chief and professors.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
