Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a Business Operation Director for its Hong Kong operations. This leadership role will oversee multiple business lines, directing sales, marketing and operations strategy to support rapid expansion in the region.

The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience, fluency in English with Cantonese and Mandarin, and a track record in analytic thinking, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations or related roles.
• Fluent in English, with good Cantonese and Mandarin language skills.
• Experience in Chinese Medicine or beauty industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with business functions to develop lead generation strategies and market plans.
• Provide value-adding recommendations and review business strategies and branding positioning.
• Drive new marketing programs to grow portal registrations and usage to meet KPIs.
