Job summary

Recruit Express (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Dental Clinic Manager on a full-time basis to lead daily operations of a dental clinic on Hong Kong Island. You will oversee staff, financial performance, patient care, and regulatory compliance to ensure efficient, high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in dental clinic management, strong leadership, budgeting, and proficiency with clinic management software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in dental clinic management (3–5 years).
• Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, clinical protocols and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate staff.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and P&L responsibilities.
• Proficiency in dental clinic management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the dental clinic on Hong Kong Island.
• Lead and develop the dental clinic team including dentists, hygienists, assistants and admin staff.
• Maintain high standards of clinical practice, infection control and patient safety.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, invoicing and cost control.
• Ensure patient scheduling and resource allocation for productivity.
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints and satisfaction, ensuring retention.
• Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with dental regulations and standards.
• Report clinic performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
