Job summary

Surveyors Services Limited is seeking a capable administrator to manage enrolments for CPD events, seminars and forums in Hong Kong. You will coordinate with CPD Convenors to plan and execute events and handle on/off-site registration, including occasional overtime in the evenings.

You will also manage logistics such as room reservations, catering, and the arrangement of part-time helpers, and assist with APC matters and general enquiries as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above.
• Minimum 2 years working experience preferred; fresh graduates considered.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle enrolments for CPD events.
• Work closely with CPD Convenors to plan and execute CPD events.
• Handle on/off-site registration for seminars and CPD events (occasional overtime in the evening).
• Manage event logistics including room reservations and setup, catering, etc.
• Coordinate the arrangement of part-time helpers.
• Assist in matters relating to APC.
• Handle general enquiries and perform reception duties if required.
• Assist in other events and administration tasks as assigned.
