The University of Hong Kong's Faculty of Dentistry is seeking a Project Executive (rank of Technical Officer) to provide administrative support for CPD activities and maintain participant records.

The role involves coordinating logistics, liaising with providers and accreditation panels, handling inquiries, and supporting content on apps and websites, with opportunities to assist budgeting and promotional materials.

Qualifications

• A recognized Bachelor's degree or five HKCEE/HKDSEE passes with required subjects and experience.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Experience in education sector or tertiary institutions preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain enrolment and attendance records for CPD activities.
• Coordinate logistics for CPD events including on-site support.
• Liaise with CPD providers and accreditation panels.
• Prepare budgets and financial records; manage communications via websites and social platforms.
• Handle inquiries and post-event follow-up.
