Job summary

The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) in Hong Kong is seeking an Administrator, Education & Training to manage CPD events and related programs. You will handle attendance records, evaluations, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and participant satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or above, strong bilingual English/Chinese communication, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; some experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work overtime during events.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for CPD events, including attendance records and evaluation forms.
• Provide logistic support for CPD events.
• Assist in maintaining database of CPD events.
• Assist with video file management, audio-video synchronization, and assembling basic rough cuts.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders, invoice payments and authorization process.
• Update webpages.
• Perform administrative duties to support projects and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned.
