Job summary

foodpanda, a leading food and grocery delivery platform in Asia, seeks an operations-focused professional in Hong Kong. You will handle daily corporate client and restaurant vendor tasks, analyze processes, and improve performance while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the journey.

You will build reports, monitor delivery metrics, and support courier operations with a data-driven approach. A Bachelor's in a related field and 1 year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in operations management, supply chain or logistics.
• Minimum 1 year of operations experience; experience in related sectors is a plus.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or e-commerce is preferred.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Able to use Excel and Google Sheets; basic VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Handle day to day operations-related tasks for Corporate clients and restaurant vendors.
• Identify, analyze and support improvement of existing business processes to optimize performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, minimizing uncertainty within the customer journey.
• Develop and manage procedures/workflows to ensure couriers deliver a positive experience to corporate clients.
• Track order and delivery related metrics.
• Assist to design, build and maintain reports for data-driven decisions by the Corporate team.
• Optimize fleet operations through innovation and support on-ground couriers when required.
• Execute related ad-hoc tasks.
