Delivery Hero Food Hong Kong Limited is seeking a proactive Operations Associate to support corporate clients and restaurant partners. You will analyze processes, track delivery metrics and design reports to drive data-guided decisions in a fast-growing environment.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor degree, 1+ year experience, and strong English and Cantonese communication skills. The role offers a dynamic workplace, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holder in related fields.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Preferably with experience in Food & Beverage/E-commerce Industry.
• Good command of English and Cantonese in verbal and typing.

Responsibilities

• Handle day to day operations-related tasks for Corporate clients and restaurant vendors.
• Identify, analyze and support improvement of existing business processes to optimize performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, responsible for minimizing uncertainty within the customer journey.
• Develop and manage procedures and workflows to ensure couriers deliver a positive experience to corporate clients.
• Track order and delivery related metrics.
• Assist to design, build and maintain reports to empower the Corporate team to make data-driven decisions.
• Optimize fleet operations through innovation and provide support to on-the-ground couriers when required.
• Execute related ad-hoc tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle day to day operations-related tasks for Corporate clients and restaurant vendors

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor degree holder in related fields, preferably operations management, supply chain, logistics

At least 1 year of working experience, prior operations experience would be an advantage

Preferably with experience in Food & Beverage/E-commerce Industry

Good command of English and Cantonese in verbal and typing

High attention to detail, critical and great focus

Structured mindset, able to prioritize and execute tasks, and streamline processes

Data-driven mindset with the ability to understand the business needs and find areas of improvement within the operation

Positive attitude, collaborative, fast-learner and a great team player

Comfortable with basic business Excel and Google Sheets operations and formulas (basic VLOOKUP & PIVOT TABLE), along with with proven problem solving and analytical capabilities

Ability to interact with various system and tools (training will be provided)
