Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead in Hong Kong to steer user acquisition and engagement strategies. You will analyze competition and customer data, shape campaigns, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximize ROI and market share.

You will build targeted segments, personalize campaigns, and lead stakeholders across marketing, logistics and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial experience in consumer marketing/growth; eCommerce background preferred.
• Strong commercial and data analysis skills to drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience building targeted user segments using data to personalize campaigns and improve retention.
• Ability to work independently and drive collaboration across parties.
• Highly organized with accountability and responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage critical situations.
• Passionate team leader with a market-centric mindset and proactive approach.
• Proactive, reliable team player with negotiation skills a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities
