Job summary

Delivery Hero Food Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee workplace governance, budget control, and asset management across its facilities. You will partner with the People & Culture team to deliver employee experiences, events, and executive scheduling.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-growing, international team based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office management in an MNC or sizeable company.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Strong administration, organizational and time management abilities.
• Owns tasks, solves problems proactively and with attention to detail.
• Team player able to work with a growing team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Workplace Governance: Maintain facilities standards and operations across spaces.
• Budget Control: Oversee Workplace and People Experience budgets aligned with strategy.
• Asset Logistics & Reporting: Track inventory, safeguard assets, and report to management.
• Employee Experience & Culture: Support events, engagements, and executive scheduling.
• Tenancy Management: Support lease activities and real estate transitions.
• Ad-hocs: Handle additional Workplace and People Experience tasks as needed.
