InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a contract IT support specialist to provide on-site technical help under the DH project in Wan Chai. You will support over 100 computers and mobile devices, install and maintain hardware, and assist in procurement and renewals.

Requirements include fluent Chinese and English, 2 years post-qualification experience, Windows/PC support and MS Office proficiency, and willingness to work irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows and PC support services.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English communication.
• Proficiency in keyboard input and Windows 10/Office software.
• Occasional irregular hours may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site first-line day-to-day operational and application support for 100+ computers and mobile devices.
• Install, configure and support desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Maintain inventory and timesheet records.
• Assist in IT equipment procurement and renewals.
• Provide on-site and off-site guidance, testing and user support for HPIS, RIS and related systems.
• Liaise with users and project teams on deployment schedules and changes.
• Conduct on-site briefings or demos for DH systems enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues within guidelines or escalate as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
